Model 92 Royal production figures

The following table lists serial number runs containing the Royal grade.  It is a two tone 17 jewel movement which was made in both hunting and open face movements.  The first 2 columns are the serial number runs from the Gray Book.  The next 2 are what I believe to be the actual runs.  They are all Variation 2 movements (serial number next to the barrel bridge and 2 barrel bridge screws).  The problem with trying to determine accurate production figures is that the 2 tone 17 jewel Crescent Street grade was made from Royals.  The word "Royal" was milled out and the words Crescent St. then stamped in.  As with the rest of the Gray Book, there seems to be no logic as to when this occurs.  The last column on the chart indicates book runs that contain Crescent Streets.  There were 2160 open face Royals and 1930 hunters made.
